Authorising a third party to collect ordered Statements on your behalf

Can someone else collect my Statement of Academic Record or Statement of Qualification on my behalf?

You can nominate someone else to collect a document on your behalf, but they will need to prove they have your permission to do this. This is sometimes referred to as a 'proxy'.

If you have ordered your documents using the online portal you can enter the person's name into the field for 'Person collecting order'. In this case the person collecting will simply need to show their own photographic ID when they come in to collect.

If the above process has not been followed, then the person collecting the order will need to bring:

  • A letter that includes your student number, confirmation who the person is and what documents they will be collecting, the date and your signature.
  • The person acting on your behalf will need to show their own photographic ID, for example a Driver’s Licence or Passport.
