Academic Conduct Essentials (ACE) explained

What is ACE?

Academic Conduct Essentials (ACE) is an online compulsory unit which all students are automatically enrolled in. ACE introduces you to principles of ethical scholarship and expectations for correct academic conduct at university and appears on your enrolment record in studentConnect as either AACE1000 Academic Conduct Essentials, or AACE4000 Academic Conduct Essentials. As ACE is an online only unit there is no requirement to choose preferences for the unit in CAS (Class Allocation System).  You access ACE via your LMS (Learning Management System).

In ACE there are a number of information modules to review and a final quiz to complete. You must achieve a score of at least 80% in the final quiz by the due date to pass the unit. You are able to take the final quiz as many times as necessary before the due date, only your highest score is recorded.

For more information about ACE visit the ACE website and for further information about LMS check the Student LMS Help site.
