When to expect your tuition fee invoice

When do I receive an invoice for my tuition fees?

You will receive an electronic Statement of Account (eSOA) on your studentConnect. Hardcopy Statement of Accounts will not be mailed to you.

Semester 1 - You will receive an electronic Statement of Account (eSOA) on your studentConnect in the first week of February.  

Semester 2 - You will receive an electronic Statement of Account (eSOA) on your studentConnect in the last week of June.

Non Standard Semesters - You will receive an electronic Statement of Account (eSOA) on your studentConnect generally one week prior to the start of the non standard semester.

You will also receive a revised Statement of Account (eSOA) after any of the following:

  • You add/discontinue any units to your enrolment and this changes your fee liability.
  • You change your payment option - e.g. elect to defer payment via HECS-HELP.
  • You make a payment.
  • The status of a unit changes from INVALID to ENROLLED - this changes your fee liability.
  • Your payment is not enough to cover your current fees and past debts.
