How do I book a group study room in the Library?

All group study rooms in libraries must be booked using the online group study room booking system. This service is available for current UWA students and staff only and for group study purposes only. More information is available at the above site about:

  • the location and equipment of individual rooms, and
  • full terms and conditions

When you book a room, it is important that you:

  • use your UWA student or staff email address
  • keep your confirmation email as a receipt of your booking, and
  • if there is an issue with the booking, present your confirmation email, if and when requested by the University Library staff, for verification
  • Contact staff in libraries if you require more information about group study rooms.
