What is studentConnect?

studentConnect is the online portal where you can check and manage your personal details, enrolment, fees, examination timetable/results and graduation information at UWA. Eligible students can amend their Commonwealth assistance options by filling out HECS-HELP; FEE-HELP; or SA-HELP forms under the FINANCE menu on studentConnect.

Remember, all changes made to your record (including your enrolment) must be made via studentConnect, as this is your official enrolment. The Class Allocation System (CAS) and Learning Management System (LMS) should automatically sync with any changes you make on studentConnect.

Remember, it is your responsibility to check studentConnect regularly and ensure that you are enrolled correctly.

If you are unable to make changes online via studentConnect, contact Student Administration or visit Student Central.
