UWA Student Guild

What is the Guild?

The UWA Student Guild is a not-for-profit organisation run by UWA students, for UWA students.

Established in 1913, the Guild is the independent representative body for students at UWA and was founded with the goal of enhancing campus culture and creating a more enjoyable and supportive student experience for all. Harnessing 30% of UWA’s SSAF funding, the Guild has been fulfilling its mission for the last 103 years and will continue to do so over the years to come, ensuring UWA students’ best interests guide the way.

The Guild Council, comprising 34 Student Representatives, sit on the Senate and other University committees and boards to further this mission, providing student input into university governance and decision making.
