Thesis submission process
How do I submit my thesis?

Discuss with your supervisors an estimated submission date and lodge an Intention to Submit form via HDRhub. Once the Intention to Submit form has been approved, you will be able to submit your thesis online.
Follow the steps below to initiate the Thesis Submission form:
1. Log in to HDRhub
2. Click on "My Project"
3. Scroll down to "Examinations"
4. Click on the "Start now" button under the Thesis submission workflow
5. Follow the prompts
You must complete one of the following prior to submission and meet the eligibility requirements to submit:
- Oral presentation or defence at School seminar
- Assessment by your Advisory Panel
- Assessment by the Graduate Research Coordinator and/or Head of School
Refer to your School's website or handbook for other requirements.
Upon approval, contact us via askUWA with the subject line "Mug Collection" to make an appointment to collect your red/blue mug.
