What happens in my triage session

What happens in my triage session?

At your triage session, which lasts about 20 minutes, you can discuss your reasons for seeking assistance. During the session, the counsellor will assess your situation to ensure the most appropriate assistance is provided. If required, you will then be offered further sessions or referred to a more appropriate service.

The receptionist will request you complete some forms with basic information about yourself prior to your triage session.  Please try to arrive fifteen minutes before your session to allow time to complete these forms.
