Where can I get help with stress management or managing anxiety?

There are a number of things you can do to address stress and anxiety including:

  • Attending a counselling appointment with the UWA Counselling and Psychological service;
  • Improve your relaxation regime by increasing daily exercise and learning Relaxation exercises;
  • Review self-help information on the UWA Counselling and Psychological Services website.
