Generally it is not possible to apply for Special Consideration for examinations for which you have already been granted Alternative Exams Arrangements on the grounds of a medical condition and/or a disability. However, an acute exacerbation of your health condition may be considered grounds for a Special Consideration application. For example, if a student who has Alternative Exam Arrangements in place but is too unwell to undertake the exam, may need to apply to defer the exam using the Special Consideration Process.
