Religious beliefs and Saturday exams

I am unable to take exams on Saturdays because of my religious beliefs, what do I do?

If you cannot attend an exam on a Saturday due to your religious beliefs then UWA can organise an alternative time for you.

Each year you must present a letter from your local religious leader indicating that you are a member of his/her congregation and are unable to attend exams on a Saturday. Attach this letter with the completed Special Consideration Application Form and submit it to Student Administration, within five working days after the publication of the final timetable on studentConnect. This letter will be filed on your student record for future reference in the next exam round.

If you intend applying for special consideration under religious grounds in a subsequent semester during the same year you are only required to complete a Special Consideration Application Form. However, you will be required to submit a revised letter from your local religious leader on an annual basis.
