Advice of Results explained

What is an Advice of Results?

An Advice of Results is an unofficial printout of your unit results. It can not be used as a certificate.

It details:

  • All units you have studied
  • Campus location
  • Courses you have studied
  • Credit points
  • Your attendance type
  • Your full name and address
  • Your grades
  • Your major, minor and programs
  • Your progress status

You can view samples of an Advice of Results on the Current Students website.
Note: many of the same details are available on your Statement of Academic Record, which you can also view a sample of and may wish to order instead.

Current students can order an Advice of Results via studentConnect by selecting the option 'Order Academic Documents' under the ENROLMENT heading.

Past students can place an order online via the Online Portal under the 'Past Student' tab. Orders can also be made in person at Student Administration, located in Student Central.
