Student Exchange
There are two deadlines for exchange applications each year. You are advised to check Global Studio to ensure there have been no changes to these dates:

• 1 June for applications to go on exchange in semester one the following year.
• 1 December for applications to go on exchange in semester two the following year.

Canadian universities have only one application deadline - this requires students to apply in the December round to go on exchange in semester two the following year or semester one the year after (ie. Applications for exchange in both semester 2, 2025 and semester 1, 2026 for Canadian Universities are due on 1 December 2024 at 11:59pm)

Exchange Short Term Programs
These programs mainly run in the summer and winter breaks. In semester 1, 2025 we will have two application rounds for Winter (June/July 2025) Short Term Exchange Programs. The application deadlines are to be confirmed. Please check Global Studio for updates. Not all short term programs will be run on an exchange basis every year. Please check Global Studio for a list of those available. 

Scholarships
If you are applying for a Global Learning Grant the following application deadlines apply:

• 1 May for programs taking place in winter and semester two
• 1 October for programs taking place in summer and semester one

More sources of information about scholarships and other types of financial assistance can be found in Global Studio. If you are unsure if you will be accepted into your overseas program we encourage you to apply anyway as the application can be withdrawn if it is no longer relevant, but we cannot accept late applications.
