Student Exchange offer pack from your host university
When will I receive my Student Exchange offer pack from my host university?
Once your application has been approved by your Host University you will receive your Host Acceptance Letter or Welcome Pack which will contain vital information about housing, enrolment, orientation, unit selection, airport pick up and other important matters. Each host university will provide this at a different time, but as a rough estimate, you may receive your Acceptance Letter around 6 weeks after the application deadline.
It is essential you read this carefully, paying special attention to:
- Forms that need to be completed
- Any information request
- Any deadlines noted
- Any visa information you need to action
Please be sure to email a copy of your Host Acceptance to the Global Learning Office so we can process your acceptance.
