Receiving a Payment Reminder email after paying your fees
I have just paid my fees. Why have I received a Payment Reminder email?

Any payment/s you make may take up to 2 - 5 working days to be credited to your student account. Check the date of issue on the top right-hand corner of your electronic Statement of Account (eSOA). If this falls within 2 - 5 working days of your payment it is most likely that your account was not credited when the electronic Statement of Account was issued.
Log on to studentConnect to check your 'Received Payments' under the Finance menu. If after 2 - 5 working days your payment does not appear contact Student Administration via Email Us.
