There are different ways to submit your application to UWA CELT, depending on your overall study plan.

1. If you are planning to study English only at UWA CELT
You can find out how to apply to study at UWA CELT by visiting the How to apply section of the UWA CELT website.

Here you will find a step by step guide on the application process, and you can also download the UWA CELT application form. You can submit your application directly to UWA CELT online or through one of the Centre’s Education Agents.

After we receive your application form, if you have not already taken an approved English language examination, we will send you the UWA CELT online placement test. You must complete this test on your own and within the allocated time. The results will help identify your current English level and ensure you are in the correct class when you arrive. Once you have completed the placement test, we will send you a letter of offer and acceptance documents. the offer letter will include an invoice for your course, and other applicable fees. To accept your offer, you need to pay your course fees and return the signed acceptance documents to ask.uwa.edu.au/app/ask-celt.

If you are applying for a student visa, UWA CELT will issue a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) after receiving your signed acceptance documents and proof of payment of your fees.

2. If you are planning to study English followed by a degree program at UWA
If you would like a packaged offer for the Academic English and Study Skills Bridging Course and a UWA degree program, you can submit your application through UWA Apply online (select 'yes' to the pathway course question). You will be asked provide evidence that you meet the minimum English entry requirement (eg. IELTS or TOEFL results).

3. If you are planning to study English, followed by a foundation or diploma program at UWA College 
If you plan to apply for a package for Language and Communication Essentials, UWA Foundation or Diploma, and a UWA undergraduate degree, your application should be submitted directly to UWA College.
