There is a lift at the south-west corner of Winthrop Hall (Undercroft) for anyone who requires this type of access to enter the building.

For graduands or guests in a wheelchair, we ask that you indicate this when completing the online Confirmation of Attendance form so that we can arrange appropriate seating arrangements for you or your guests.

For all other non-wheelchair special seating requirements for guests, please advise your guests to present themselves to the Front of House Manager at the entrance to Winthrop Hall, 60 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, where they will be assisted.

For non-wheelchair special seating requirements for graduands, please indicate this when completing the online Confirmation of Attendance form so that we can arrange appropriate seating arrangements for you.
