Why can't I upload my photo to CaptureME?

There are a few things you can check:
1. Have you already got a photo on file?
CaptureME won't allow you to upload a photo if one already exists. Email Us and we'll be able to help.
2. How large is your image?
Try reducing the image size before you attempt to re-upload your photo.
3. What device are you using?
If you're using CaptureME with your mobile device, check that your phone software is up to date, or try on your laptop.
4. When did you activate your student account and enrol?
CaptureME takes some time to recognise your profile. We recommend waiting an hour after enrolling (sometimes overnight) before logging into CaptureME.
