Why can't I see or access all the features on a Qualtrics survey that has been collaborated with me?
Sometimes users have two or more Qualtrics accounts. Usually one is a trial (free) account and the other is your UWA account. Trial accounts are more limited. It may be that you are logging into the trial account and therefore accessing a limited version of the surveys.
To access the correct account (the UWA account) you can log in here and use your Pheme credentials.
