Qualtrics access

Why can't I see or access all the features on a Qualtrics survey that has been collaborated with me?
Sometimes users have two or more accounts. Usually one is a trial account and the other is your UWA account. It may be that you are logging into the trial account and therefore accessing a limited version of the surveys.
To access the correct account (the UWA account) you can log in here and use your Pheme credentials.
