What do I do if I am a new commencing international student and I'm unable to complete the enrolment process online?

If you're a newly commencing international student who is unable to complete the online enrolment process, please ensure you have met all the conditions and paid the full tuition fee deposit as listed on your offer letter. If you need clarification, you can contact the Future Students Centre.
If you have completed the above steps and still cannot complete the online enrolment process then please contact your Student Advising Office.
