Smartrider concession isn't working
Why isn't my Smartrider concession working?

There are a few reasons why your Smartrider may not be working, the most common are:
1. You're not enrolled full time
This could be because you're not studying enough credit points (18 or 24 credit points are considered full time) or the semester hasn't started yet and so your course is inactive. Check your enrolment on studentConnect. Transperth concession only applies to full time students.
