Sometimes students are interested in more than one ensemble unit in a semester, a decision is made on a case by case basis by the Unit Coordinator. If this is something you are considering please email the Conservatorium of Music. If the Unit Coordinator gives their approval you will be required to enrol in a different ensemble for each unit code, ie. you cannot enrol in two unit codes but take the same ensemble for both.

In some instances you can take an ensemble as an extra-curricular activity. This is usually only permitted if you play an instrument which is essential to complete the Conservatorium of Music orchestra. Commitment to rehearsals and performances is a necessity.
