The University of Western Australia ('the University') celebrates excellence and seeks to recognise outstanding students in schools throughout the State.
Aspire UWA partner school, nominate 3 students for the UWA Excellence Awards
Non Aspire partner schools, nominate 1 student for the UWA Excellence Award
This award recognises year 12 students who are nominated by their schools as the students most likely to succeed at University.
Eligibility: To be eligible for these scholarships, nominees must:
(a) have applied through TISC nominating a UWA course as their first preference for the first round of offers
(b) enrol to study at UWA, having met the requirements to enrol at UWA
(c) be a permanent resident or Australian citizen of Australia
(d) achieve an ATAR (or equivalent) or at least 75
Nomination process: The nominating teacher is required to provide the student details on behalf of the 3 student nominees. The endorsement of the school principal is also required.
