Extensions are only granted for exceptional circumstances beyond the university and student’s control. The maximum period for an extension that can be considered is six months.

Make an appointment with the Student Contact Officer, if you believe you will need to seek an extension to your scholarship.  Extension requests may take 3 - 4 weeks to be considered by Posts and DFAT.  Do not delay in contacting the Student Contact Officer about this matter.
