If you have an entitlement for Fieldwork travel in your scholarship, contact your Australia Awards team in AskUWA , about your travel plans. You should complete an Application for Fieldwork Travel .  

The Student Contact Officer will seek further details from you and your supervisor about your intended travel.

The maximum period of approved overseas Fieldwork is 12 months. Fieldwork must be completed within the award period and must not affect the award duration.

Once approved for funding, your travel will be booked in the FCM Travel Management System. The Student Contact Officer will assist you to complete this process.
