If you have an entitlement for Fieldwork travel in your scholarship, contact the International Sponsored Students Unit about your travel plans. An Application for Fieldwork Travel should be completed by you and your supervisor to provide details about your intended travel.

The maximum period of approved overseas Fieldwork is 12 months. Fieldwork must be completed within the award period and must not affect the award duration.

Once approved for funding, your travel will be booked in the UWA Travel Management System known as CONCUR. The Student Contact Officer will provide you the necessary Project Grant Number to complete this process.
