Scholars must inform the Student Contact Officer in advance of any independent overseas travel.

You cannot travel during study periods, without approval from your School or supervisor. It may also be necessary to obtain approval from the Program Area (Australia Awards Country Office) if travel is to take place during study periods.

Independent travel arrangements should not affect your course progress. You are also responsible for arranging your own travel insurance if you travel overseas independently.
