Your stipend payment will be stopped five (5) days after the completion (finalisation) of your studies, unless you leave Australia before then. If you depart earlier, your stipend will stop five (5) days after the day of your departure.  Scholarship completion date is the official release of results date or the date of submission of your PhD thesis.  Refer to the Scholarship Policy Handbook.

The Student Contact Officer will have a meeting with the completing scholars to discuss the scholarship finalisation arrangements.
