Creating your Unique Student Identifier (USI) is quick and easy:

Note: If you are an international student located offshore and have not yet arrived in Australia, choose ‘Skip’ on the USI enrolment step. You can enter your USI later, when you arrive in Australia. Check your UWA student email for reminders.

1. Check to make sure you don't already have a USI.
2. Have a valid form of ID handy.
   IMPORTANT: When you create your USI, you must enter your details and name exactly as they appear on your form of ID.
3. Go to Get a USI, make sure you read the whole page.
4. Click 'Get your USI now' .
5. Once you receive your USI, you can submit it through studentConnect under: Personal Details > USI
