The Medibank representative is available from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm:

  • Monday and Tuesday: at the Student Central (Building 352, Room G206)

  • Thursday: at the International Student Lounge (Building 352, Room G31)

The representative can help:

  • Activate your OSHC membership
  • Update your membership details
  • Make a claim
  • Explain or extend your OSHC policy

  • Set up the Medibank OSHC App
