Once you have completed all of the requirements of your course, your access to borrow from the University Library collection, or to access Library online resources is removed. This change occurs when your course attempt status or enrolment status changes to ‘completed’ in studentConnect.
You will also no longer have access to lists of Saved Records in My Favourites in OneSearch. If you wish to retain your list of saved records, you can export these from OneSearch before you complete your studies.
If you are eligible to graduate, or have graduated, you can apply for free Library alumni membership which includes borrowing rights and off campus access to a selection of online resources.
You can continue to access other University systems, such as your email and studentConnect for 12 months from your course completion or conferral date.
If you later enrol in another course of study, your access to Library collections will be automatically reinstated.
If you are an undergraduate or coursework student on leave from your course, your ability to borrow and access Library online resources is removed for the duration of your leave. This change occurs when your course attempt status changes to ‘Intermit’.
