If your viva voce time falls between the standard working hours of 9am to 5pm, we will be able to organise and set up a dedicated room on campus at Reid Library. 

 

If your viva voce is scheduled outside of the standard working hours, you will need to attend via videoconference from your home or another suitable location.  If you wish to use the viva voce suites at Reid Library, please submit a request through askUWA.  Please note that on-campus technical support will not be available during these times.  It is strongly recommended that you bring your own laptop and charger as back up.

 

Please also seek assistance from your School to book a suitable venue if it is outside of the standard hours.
