To apply for an Australia Awards Scholarship to study at UWA, you will first need to apply for the scholarship via the Australia Awards Office in your home country. The Australia Awards Scholarship has an early closing date for the year you wish to study. The Australia Awards Post in your country administers the Australia Awards Scholarship.

If you are successful in being awarded an Australia Awards Scholarship, a Request for Placement would be sent to UWA by the Australia Awards office in your home country. You do not apply directly for admission to the university. However, if you are planning to undertake a PhD research program on this scholarship, it will be necessary for you to identify a potential supervisor to include in your scholarship application.

To study at UWA, you would need to meet the English Language Requirements for your course, as well as the academic entry requirements. The UWA Handbook will describe the courses that can be studied and the entry requirements for each course.
