How do I arrange reimbursement for HDR student expenses?

As a Higher Degree by Research (HDR) student you may apply for a cash advance or claim a reimbursement for your research-related expenses that you personally paid for via Concur.
 

Record your expenses in SAP Concur Expense and attach supporting documentation. You can:

  • request a cash advance, or
  • claim a reimbursement for research related expenses you paid for personally.

Step-by-step

  • Seek approval from your Coordinating Supervisor before you incur any costs.
  • Log in to Concur using your student ID (numberonly@uwa.edu.au) and UniID password.
  • Create your claim (cash advance or reimbursement).
  • Select the correct BU and PG.
  • Attach your tax invoice/receipt and any other required documents.
  • Submit your claim in Concur.
