For current students or alumni within 12 months of degree completion

If you have a career question, 10 - 15 minutes drop-ins session are available Monday - Friday from 9:30am to 12.30pm (no appointment required) at Counter 3 of Ground Floor of Student Central, Building 352 (next to the Oak Lawn). These close late December and reopen again in late January. If you're unable to attend in person, you can book into a virtual drop-in appointment here via UniHub.

If you require a longer appointment, one of our careers advisors will book this in for you after attending a drop in. If you are unable to attend Drop-Ins or know that your conversation will require a longer time, please email careerscentre@uwa.edu.au for assistance or submit a query through AskUWA (select Careers and Employability from the drop-down menu).

NOTE: For initial resume checks, please go to UWA CareerLab instant resume feedback before making an appointment with our career advisers. Please refer to these resources including industry standard templates for guidance on how to create a resume, and see here for upcoming live workshops on resume & cover letter writing (or you can view a recording in resources).

For alumni who completed their degree more than 12 months ago:

UWA Alumni have access to our online resources, workshops and events via UniHub for up to three years after their graduation date.

Drop ins and individual 1:1 appointments are available to UWA graduates up to 12 months after completing your degree. Please check the UWA Alumni page for post-graduation support as well as the free government career support service.
