When can I view my examiners' reports to prepare for my viva voce examination?

Your examiners are advised to complete their recommendations and assessments within 6 weeks. Once the examiners' reports are received, the Board of the Graduate Research School will be provided 2 weeks to review them before deciding if the examination can progress.

If it is resolved as 'Proceed to Viva', you will receive a notification via HDRhub and an email from the GRS Examinations team to access your reports. This will be no later than 5 working days before your scheduled viva voce to allow sufficient time for preparation.

Should there be an unexpected delay in receiving your examiners' reports, your viva voce may be rescheduled to a later date.
