Research Proposal (RP)
- Doctor of Philosophy Course Rule 18: Students need to submit RP within six months (FT) / twelve months (PT) from the first date of enrolment.
- Master's Degree by Research Course Rules 18: Students need to submit RP within four months (FT) / eight months (PT) from the first date of enrolment.
Confirmation of Candidature
Doctor of Philosophy Course Rule 20 (9): If the student does not complete all agreed tasks satisfactorily by the agreed time, their candidature is deemed to at risk of continuation. Students are advised to discuss with their co-ordinating supervisor and/or GRC as soon as possible to discuss next steps and options.
Thesis
- Doctor of Philosophy Course Rule 31: Candidature is terminated automatically if a student’s thesis is not submitted within the time limits specified
- Master's Degree by Research Course Rules 31: Candidature is terminated automatically if a student’s thesis is not submitted within the time limits specified
