Finding information about what jobs you can do with your degree
Is there any information available about what jobs I can do with my degree?
To explore what you can do with your degree you can do the following:
- Look at the career opportunities section of the course guide under each of your majors.
- Use the resources section of CareerHub to find relevant Career FAQ guides and the ‘What can I do with my degree?’ link.
- Go to Careers Fairs and employer events to gain a better understanding of your industry and find out what opportunities are available.
- Think about what skills and knowledge you have gained from your degree. Have you learnt to use specific tools, tests or programs? What areas of knowledge have you gained? What transferable skills have you developed? Come up with a list to match your skills to the selection criteria in job advertisements.
