Once student applications are shortlisted to hosts, hosts are encouraged to contact students directly by phone or email (as provided on their resume) to arrange interviews with selected students - interviews can be face to face or online. Students should check their emails/incoming calls and voicemails so as not to miss out on an opportunity.
