If you fail to upload custom application documents to the Internship Board, you will not be shortlisted. Hosts review applicants and select the best-qualified candidates for the role to interview. Whether you are successful depends on the assessment by the host. This is why we suggest you apply to multiple opportunities to increase your success rate. If you are a student who needs an internship in order to graduate (core/option unit in your course), the WIL Team will support you in securing an internship, but it is not guaranteed.
