For undergraduates, only students who are in second year and above qualify for an internship (have completed 48 credit points). Internships are also open to postgraduate students depending on their course and the specific WIL unit requirements (WIL is an option unit for some, but for others the WIL unit is not an option). Typically, postgraduate students must be in their 2nd semester (have completed 24 credit points).
