All students receive a digital Statement of Academic Record (Transcript), AHEGS, and Testamur (Award Certificate) within 2 working days of their graduation/ conferral date, in addition to their hard copy Testamur.

From 2026 graduation ceremonies shifted from July and December, to August and February. To ensure graduating students aren’t disadvantaged by the shift, an early Transcript will be sent in July and December to eligible students scheduled for an in-person ceremony.
