Overloading while on exchange or study abroad at UWA

Can I overload (study more than 24 UWA points) while on exchange or study abroad at UWA?

It is not recommended that you overload while on student exchange or study abroad at UWA. The Global Learning Office and the Student Advising Office both want you to have the time to also enjoy the social and cultural experience in Perth and Australia. If you wish to overload due to extenuating circumstances, you may be able to do so with the support of your home university, the UWA Global Learning Office as well as the Student Advising Office at UWA. Study Abroad students will be charged on a pro rata basis if they overload beyond 24 credit points per semester.
