What happens if I have an outstanding SSAF debt?

If you have not paid your Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) instalment invoice by the payment due dates for the relevant semester or trimester, an encumbrance will be applied on to your record. The due dates for your SSAF can be found on your Statement of Account on studentConnect. The effect of the encumbrance means that you are unable to:

  • View your unit results on studentConnect
  • Graduate
  • Re-enrol
  • Obtain any official documentation from the University
