Computers are available to all UWA Students, Staff and Visitor Card holders in any of our libraries. Real-time computer availability in libraries and general computer labs is visible via the Find A PC website so you can check if a computer is available before travelling to a library or computer lab. If you prefer to use your own device, the Library provides 'BYOD stations' which consists of a 24" monitor that you can plug your device into to use as a second monitor via a USB-C connection which also charges your device.
Short-term (48 hour) loan laptops are available for UWA students via self-service lockers on the ground floors of Barry J Marshall and Reid libraries. To borrow and return a laptop at these locations all you need is your Campus Card.
Members of the public and students who do not have a UniID account are able to login to Visitor Kiosk computers. This allows restricted access to the internet and a selected number of software applications.
Visit the IT and printing support web page for information such as installed software on computers and our opening hours for building access.
