If you can't log in:

• Have you entered your credentials correctly? You must use your UniID credentials and passwords are case and space sensitive - please check to see whether caps lock is on.
• Are you currently an enrolled student? If your enrolment status is not current and active, your UniID access may be suspended.
• Has your UniID password expired? UniID passwords need to be updated every 6 months and an email reminder is sent to your student email in the weeks leading up to expiry.
• If you attempt to login unsuccessfully too many times, your UniID account will lock for 15 minutes.
• If you have previously saved an old password on any device, it will automatically try to connect once you are in range on campus (especially your Unifi password). This will lock your access after too many attempts as well.
• If you have MFA set up, you can use the Self Service Password Reset tool to unlock your account without waiting 15 minutes.
