Where can I get help with using my own devices with the University Library resources?
The Library provides assistance at Information Desks for students connecting to, or experiencing issues using, our services from their laptops, tablets and smart phones. You can also Email Us to submit an enquiry.
We partner with University IT to provide student IT support services. Where Library Information Desk staff are unable to resolve your issue we can refer you to TechDesk, the advanced student IT support team which operates from the ground floor of Reid Library 9:00am - 4:00 pm Monday-Thursday and 9:00am - 12:00pm Fridays we can also assist you in submitting a help ticket outside of these hours.
Note: due to COVID-19 measures, the TechDesk service is operating by appointment only. Library Information Desk staff will assist you in submitting a help ticket.
