What to do if you cannot attend your graduation ceremony
I am not able to attend my graduation ceremony, what do I need to do?
You must inform the Graduation Office as soon as possible via "Email Us" to advise you are unable to attend your graduation ceremony and you will make arrangements to have the award conferred in absentia.
You can advise us any time after you have applied to graduate and we kindly request you give us up to ones weeks’ notice before your ceremony.
If you have already picked up your tickets you must return all of the tickets to the Graduation Office as soon as possible.
