Completing GCRL1000 if you are a Bachelor of Philosophy (Hons) student

Do I have to take the unit GCRL1000 (Global Challenges, Research and Leadership) if I am a Bachelor of Philosophy (Hons) student?

GCRL1000 is a compulsory foundation unit in the Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) degree. It contains information that assists in navigating university studies as well as skills specific to research.

Transfer students may be exempted from GCRL1000 depending on what prior units you have taken and how it fits into your study plan.

Note: GCRL1000 is different from the research unit GCRL2000, which is compulsory for all students.
